shake & stir drama classes will improve your child’s performance and communication skills, raise their self confidence and increase their level of physical activity.  Consisting of different theatre modules studied over the school year including Characterisation, Improvisation, Clowning, Duologues, Script Work, Musical Theatre, Shakespeare, Puppetry and Group Devised Pieces, your child will have a creative time interacting with new friends and working with three enthusiastic young professional actors. Each shake crew member has extensive professional experience working with children in theatre, film & TV and hold current blue cards.

Classes are broken up into three levels depending on each student’s age – level 1 (prep – grade 3), level 2 (grade 4 and 5) and level 3 (grade 6 and up).  Each level has their own dedicated shake & stir team member instructing them throughout the term and monitoring individual progress. Numbers are limited to ensure your child gets the best opportunity to strut their stuff and their own moment in the spotlight! To top it off, each year, classes will culminate in 2 theatre performances for their friends, teachers and families.
